This is a crowd favorite, especially for an Italian themed dinner. It is easy to prep, easy to make, and easy to enjoy. If you make these, try not to fill up on these before the main course, they are easy to over eat.

Ingredients: (for ~ 12 pieces)
- 1 Baguette sliced to your preference, the thinner the slices, the crispier
- 2 Tomatoes sliced
- Olive Oil
- Mozzeralla sliced
- 2 tablespoon Basil chiffonade
- Balsamic fig or barrel aged
Cooking:
1. Heat oven to 400°
2. Drizzle slices of baguette with oil and toast until crisp to your liking
3. Top with mozeralla and tomato, return to oven for ~ 3 minutes
4. Sprinkle basil and drizzle balsamic
5. Enjoy!
