Raspberry Puff Pastry Flowers

My friend sent me a TikTok of these beautiful puff pastry desserts and I knew I had to make them for the holidays. They were easy to make with only a few ingredients. They are beautiful and delicious.


Ingredients:

- 1 package of Puff Pastry Sheets

- Cream Cheese

- Raspberry Jam

- Raspberry

- Powdered Sugar

- 1 Egg


Cooking:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°

  2. Defrost puff pastry at room temperature for ~40 minutes

  3. Flour service to work on

  4. Cut both pastry sheets into 9 equal squares and make 4 cuts in the middle of 9 and 4 cuts on the diagonal on the other 9

  5. Fill center of the first 9 with a little bit of cream cheese and fold in the sides

  6. Brush with egg wash, pinch the sides together to create petals, top with a little bit of jam and a raspberry

  7. Fill the center of the other 9 with a little bit of cream cheese and jam, add 4 raspberries to each

  8. Fold in every other corner and brush with egg wash

  9. Bake for 12 minutes

  10. Top with a dusting of powdered sugar

  11. Enjoy!
