I am a huge fan of asparagus, so much so that sometimes that will be all I eat if I'm not too hungry. My favorite way to make it is in the oven because it's quick and easy to clean up.
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch Asparagus ends trimmed
- Olive Oil
- Paprika
- Onion Powder
- Garlic Powder
Cooking:
1. Preheat oven to 425°
2. Toss asparagus with olive oil and season to your liking
3. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes
4. Enjoy!
