Creamy Lemon Butter

This tops chicken, fish, couscous, and many other foods in a deliciously simple way. Found in a Hello Fresh recipe.

Ingredients:

- 2 tbsp Chicken Stock Concentrate

- ¼ cup Water

- Lemon juice to taste

- 1 tbsp Sour Cream

- 1 tbsp Butter


Cooking:

1. Add chicken stock concentrate, water and lemon juice and simmer until slightly reduced, 1-2 minutes

2. Stir in sour cream, 1 tbsp butter, and season with salt and pepper

3. Enjoy over fish, chicken, pasta or veggies!
