Smile with some Salted Caramel

Another recipe I found called for some homemade salted caramel. This recipe turned out perfectly the first time so why change it?


ingredients:

- 1 cup Sugar

- 6 tablespoon Butter cut into 6 pieces and rest at room temperature

- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream

- 1-2 tsp Salt


Cooking:

1. Heat sugar in saucepan stirring on medium heat constantly until completely melted

2. Once melted, add butter and stir into butter for ~2 minutes

3. Slowly add heavy cream and let boil for 1 minutes

4. Remove from heat and add salt

5. Enjoy!
