Save the morning with this leftover Stuffing Breakfast Bake

`What to do with all that leftover holiday stuffing? Revive it into breakfast! You can use this recipe for muffins, one big quiche or individual quiches. It may just become a family tradition! I have oven safe over-sized ceramic mugs that made perfect, customized quiches for my sister and I.


You can omit the milk and cheese for a dairy free option, it'll still turn out delicious!


Ingredients:

- Stuffing

- Butter

- 3 Eggs

- 1/2 cup Milk

- Garlic

- Salt

- Cheese


Cooking:

1. Press stuffing into crust using butter if needed to make it stick

2. Bake at 375° for 8-10 minutes

3. Mix the eggs, garlic, salt and milk together

4. Add cheese to crust and add the mixture

5. Bake for 30-45 minutes

6. Enjoy!


You can add any left over meat to this as well and customize it to your liking.
