My sister loves pie but indulging often causes her a lot of regret. I had to find a way to solve her problem. This is how I found this gluten free pie crust made of blanched almond flour. I'm excited to explore all the pies I can make with this crust.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Almond Flour blanched
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Cooking
1. Grease pie dish and preheat oven to 350°
2. Put flour, sugar and baking soda into food processor and mix
3. Add vanilla, egg, and butter and pulse until clumps form
4. Press into pie pan and prick all around with a fork
5. Bake until just dry, ~8-12 minutes
6. This concludes the baking of the crust, add filling and bake for the amount of time the filling need.
