Fancy French-toast Breakfast Tacos

Of course I love the original breakfast taco with salsa, but this one is a sweet version of an old favorite. Originally tried at Atlanta Breakfast Club, I learned how to recreate it myself and of course add my own flair.


Ingredients:

- 1 6" flour tortilla

- 2 eggs

- Cinnamon to taste

- Cinnamon Bacon one - two slices per taco pre-cooked

- 1 tsp French Vanilla Creamer or milk and dash of vanilla extract

- Syrup to taste


Cooking:

1. Prepare the french toast batter, whip an egg then add cinnamon and a splash of french vanilla creamer and whip again

2. Add cinnamon to the other egg and cook until done

3. Dip a tortilla into the french toast batter and cook each side until just browned

4. Heat up pre-cooked bacon in the microwave for 10-15 seconds

5. Assemble taco and top with desired amount of syrup

6. Enjoy!
