Fancy French Toast

I am a fan of a hearty skillet or breakfast sandwich in the mornings but occasionally french toast sounds good and I have to do it up with all the toppings. Fresh fruit, preserves, whipped cream, etc.


Topped with strawberry rhubarb and whipped cream

Ingredients:

- French bread sliced

- 1 Egg per every 5 slices

- Cinnamon

- Vanilla

- Creamer

- Your favorite toppings


Cooking:

1. Whip eggs, cinnamon, vanilla together

2. Add a dash of creamer and whip a little more

3. Grease your pan and dip bread on both sides into egg mixture and cook each side until just brown

4. Add your favorite toppings and Enjoy!


Topped with homemade raspberry jam, and the leftover egg cooked and served on the side
