These eggs go by many names: cloud eggs, eggs in a cloud, nest eggs, puffy eggs and more. The result is the same though, light airy whites with creamy yolks. They look magical and taste delicious. You'll be surprised how easy they are to make as well.
Ingredients:
- 1 Egg per cloud
- 1 pinch Salt per cloud
- 1/8 grated Cheese if you would like
Cooking:
1. Preheat oven to 450° and line baking sheet with parchment
2. Separate the white and the yolk
3. Beat the whites until they have peaks and add a pinch of salt gently fold in cheese if you would like
4. Place the white on the baking sheet and make an indent in the center
5. Bake for 3 minutes
6. Remove from oven, add the yolk and bake for another 3 minutes
7. Pair with your favorite toast or breakfast sides and Enjoy!
