This is the healthy and delicious alternative to normal pancakes. It takes just two ingredients! bananas and eggs. 1 banana and two eggs. How simple is that? You can top it with whatever your heart desires; berries, more bananas, whipped cream, preserves, the list goes on.
Ingredients: for ~ 2 pancakes
- Banana
- 2 Eggs
Cooking:
1. Blend the banana and egg together with an electric hand mixer
2. Grease pan and pour batter into pan
3. Wait until you see bubbles to flip, or it may break apart
4. Flip
5. Enjoy!
