Spaghettify Your Squash

I'm not a huge fan of pasta, but I love spaghetti squash "noodles." They are great to mix with meatballs and some pasta sauce to make a healthier version of pasta. I also think it tastes great!

Ingredients:

- 1 Spaghetti Squash

- 1 cup Pasta Sauce

- 2 cups Meatballs

- Pinch of salt

- Olive Oil if desired


Cooking:

  1. Heat oven to 400°

  2. Cut squash in half and scoop out seeds

  3. Drizzle with olive oil and salt if using

  4. Bake for 25 minutes

  5. Bake meatballs usually for 25 minutes at 350°

  6. Take a fork and shred the squash turning it into noodles

  7. Add the sauce and meatballs to the squash and mix together

  8. Enjoy!
