I'm not a huge fan of pasta, but I love spaghetti squash "noodles." They are great to mix with meatballs and some pasta sauce to make a healthier version of pasta. I also think it tastes great!
Ingredients:
- 1 Spaghetti Squash
- 1 cup Pasta Sauce
- 2 cups Meatballs
- Pinch of salt
- Olive Oil if desired
Cooking:
Heat oven to 400°
Cut squash in half and scoop out seeds
Drizzle with olive oil and salt if using
Bake for 25 minutes
Bake meatballs usually for 25 minutes at 350°
Take a fork and shred the squash turning it into noodles
Add the sauce and meatballs to the squash and mix together
Enjoy!
