Why keep wasting your money on the store packets of seasonings when there are so many great DYI ones? They keep for a while if stored properly and they are usually cents on the dollar for the store bought stuff. Most of the ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen.
Ingredients: (for 10 servings)
- 4 tsp Chili Powder
- 2 tsp Cumin
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Cooking:
1. Mix altogether
2. Store in a dry, cool place
3. When ready to use, mix 1 tsp of mixture with 1/3 cup of water
4. Enjoy!
