This fried rice is frequently requested at my house because it is good for several days, we usually have the ingredients to make it, I can usually make large batches of it and of course it tastes pretty good.
This is another recipe that is very easy to change up. You can use your favorite vegetables, protein and sauces. I came up with the first version of this when I was first learning to cook and have since perfected it to my liking. I usually use left over protein for this so it is either shrimp, chicken or pork.
Ingredients: ( for ~10 servings)
- 4 cups White Rice cooked
- 8 eggs whisked
- 1 cup Onion minced
- 1 tablespoon Garlic minced
- 2 cups Carrots diced
- 2 cups Peas
- 2 cups corn
- 4 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoon Green onions sliced to garnish
- ~1 pound or more of your favorite protein cooked
- Lemon to taste
Cooking:
1. Add eggs, vegetables, soy sauce, protein to rice
2. Add lemon and more soy sauce to your liking
3. Enjoy!
