Beggin' for Some Bacon-Wrapped Tenderloin

I am a huge fan of tenderloins because of the texture and how easy it is to cook after a busy day at work. I can also pair it with any side I am in the mood for and add different toppings to it to change it up a bit.

Paired with noodles and Baklava

Ingredients:

- 1 piece of bacon

- Olive Oil

- Salt and Pepper to taste

Paired with rice and asparagus, topped with grilled onions

Cooking:

1. Preheat oven to 425°

2. Wrap bacon around tenderloin and pin it with toothpick

3. Season to taste and heat up olive oil in a pan

4. Sear each side on the pan for 1 minute and then roll the sides with the bacon

5. Transfer to the oven and bake for ~4 minutes per side for medium rare

6. Add your favorite toppings and sides and ENJOY!
